This project involved full ground-up construction of a new multi-unit retail plaza. Work included site preparation, grading, foundation installation, structural framing, MEP systems, interior build-outs, exterior finishes, and all final inspections. Our team also installed complete TPO roofing systems across all stores within the plaza, delivering a durable, energy-efficient, and fully code-compliant roofing solution for every unit.
